We are seeking an accomplished and visionary Head - IOT Vertical to spearhead our initiatives in the rapidly evolving Internet of Things domain. Role & responsibilities

1. Strategic Leadership • Develop and execute the strategic vision for the IoT department in alignment with organizational goals. • Identify and prioritize IoT projects that drive business value and competitive advantage. 2. Team Management and Development • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of IoT engineers, data scientists, and project managers. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the team. 3. Project Management • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IoT projects on time and within budget. • Ensure projects meet quality standards and align with customer requirements. 4. Market Analysis and Strategy • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform IoT strategy. • Identify new opportunities for IoT applications across various industries. 5. Partnership Development • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including technology partners, vendors, and customers. • Collaborate with external partners to enhance IoT capabilities and expand market reach. 6. Technology Oversight • Stay abreast of emerging IoT technologies and trends to ensure the department remains at the forefront of innovation. • Evaluate and implement new tools, platforms, and technologies to enhance IoT solutions. 7. Performance Metrics and Reporting • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of IoT initiatives. • Prepare and present regular reports on departmental performance to senior management. • Qualifications: • Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related technical field. • Proven experience in a leadership role within the IoT or technology sector, with a strong technical background. • In-depth knowledge of IoT technologies, protocols • Strong programming skills in languages commonly used in IoT development ( • Excellent project management skills with a track record of delivering complex projects. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Work Location:
While we prefer Mumbai as the base location, we are open to discussing remote working arrangements if relocation is not feasible. Regardless of the location, the candidate must demonstrate exceptional capabilities in managing the full spectrum of responsibilities effectively.
