Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

• 8+ years of experience in investment banking, corporate banking, private banking, wealth advisory, Fintech Startups or similar domains
• Proven track record of independently engaging, pursuing leads and closing large deals with CXOs and other key stakeholders
• Strong understanding of financial products and industry trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to conduct research and analysis to identify client needs and pain points in employee wellness programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, startup environment
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, or a related field
