AM/Manager Finance

Role & responsibilities

• Project Accounting
• Revenue recognition /POCM
• Release PRs that is created on WBS and Network Id (knowledge of PS module is must)
• -Release internal STOs on time
• - Reviewing vendor agreements for Vehicles, Guest House, and other site expenditures
• - Budget loading, monitoring and top-ups in SAP in WBS
• - Vendor and Customer Reconciliation on regular basis
• - Regular tracking of receivables outstanding file
• - Regular tracking of Advance and Performance BGs issue to Customers (expiry / renewal/ release)
• - Regular tracking of export LCs issued by Customers
• - Scrap sales invoices on scrap vendors
• - Co-ordination / Follow-up with projects department with regards to updating (i) Cost To Complete (ii) Planned cash outflows (iii) change in project schedules and (iv) month-end provisions
