Project Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Planning, monitoring and control of site administration and site accounts
• Manage multiple stakeholders
• Liaison with Government and local bodies / stakeholders to ensure admin activities are running smoothly & to insulate the business from potential stoppages.
• In charge of existing service & projects sites in Gujarat.
• Ensure proper vendor selection.
• Ensure Site is working within the budget.
• Maintain all site financial records for petty cash and local bank
• Provide full administrative support to the team.

Preferred candidate profile

Site Administrator with 12 years of experience in renewable sector.

Hands on experience in Project management, data analysis.

Highly adaptable at multitasking and working in time sensitive environments.

Proficient in Microsoft office
