Technical Support - Controls

Role & responsibilities

• Provide support to field and operations which has direct impact on revenue by working with Cross Functional team members & Leads on the Control Solutions for Turbines
• Tuning of control algorithms, Understanding, Implementing & Testing the change in line with guidelines
• Perform the RCA on field issues & provide the solutions.
• Provide the solution for turbine improvements on non-standard product requests, Service solutions.
• Performing software teste/ field testing and deliver solution with all relevant technical specification documents created to sales team.
• Supporting the Field Team for PPC, Q-Control, PCVT Data Integration, SCADA Controls implementation to by coordination with Tech Leads/Crews.
• Guide the technical aspects of control development for a specific product from feasibility state to fully verified product.
• Improvement of processes ensuring a lean and efficient execution.
• Implementation of control algorithms in MATLAB/Simulink or ANSYS SCADE Suite
• Drive innovative solutions in own area of responsibility , continuously benchmark competitions technology and ensure technology roadmap is ahead competition
• Challenge fairly and give credit to colleagues and team members to deliver continuously high performance and to the best of Senvion
• communicate appropriately to all teams about program execution progress, risk, milestones etc.
