• Responsible for end to end Talent Acquisition for the organization.
• Managed the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle across all Strategic Business Units and functions.
• Conducting Interview & Recruitment drives across geographies for fulfilling the manpower requirements.
• Closely worked with the leadership team to understand the organizational goals and talent requirements.

• 4 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the energy sector/ EPc/manufacturing sector.
• Proven track record of successfully filling a variety of roles across different functions.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills, with experience using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
