Senior Manager/ Manager - HR Analytics

Role & responsibilities:

1. Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyse HR data, and other relevant HR-related information.
• Prepare reports and dashboards to highlight trends and patterns.

2. Strategic Insights:

• Provide strategic insights based on data analysis.
• Use data to inform decision-making and develop HR strategies.

3. Metrics Definition and Data Sources:

• Define various HR metrics.
• Identify relevant data sources analysis.

4. Analytics Solutions Implementation:

• Work on implementing analytics tools and solutions.
• Integration with existing systems.

5. Data Quality:

• Ensure data quality and consistency.

6. Industry Awareness:

• Identify industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to HR analytics.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Proven experience in HR Analytics.
• Functional experience in HR domain to understand the data better.
• Proficiency in Excel. Familiarity in any BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI will be added advantage.
• Proficiency in Six Sigma, TQM, Lean Management
• Excellent communication skills.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving aptitude.

Qualification: MBA with Data Analytics background, HR specialization will be added advantage

Experience: 8- 10 Years
