Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Data Lead to oversee a team of data analysts, ensuring the delivery of accurate, actionable insights that drive decision-making and business performance. In this role, you will lead data analysis initiatives, manage team workflows, and collaborate with cross-functional departments to align data strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership and Management:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of data analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
• Allocate tasks, set priorities, and ensure timely delivery of projects and reports.
• Provide training and development opportunities for team members to enhance their analytical and technical skills.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Perform in-depth data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all analyses and reporting.

Collaboration and Strategy:

• Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate them into analytical solutions.
• Work closely with IT and engineering teams to optimize data pipelines and infrastructure.
• Contribute to strategic decision-making by presenting key findings to senior management.

Process Optimization:

• Establish and enforce best practices in data collection, analysis, and reporting.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows and automate repetitive tasks.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Qualifications:

Education:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and analytical tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R).
• Hands-on experience working with large datasets and data modeling.
