Overview:

VDart is seeking Recruiters and Senior Recruiters having experience in handling PAN India Recruitments to join our growth journey. In this role, the incumbent will work as an individual contributor and is responsible for handling the full recruitment lifecycle, manage and build strong relationships with clients/vendors, and consultants. The key deliverables are quick and skillful sourcing, submission of the right talents based on the requirements that ensure placements in quick TAT.

Job Title: Domestic SR. Recruiter Location: Delhi NCR region, that is Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida and Ghaziabad. (Remote/Hybrid)

Shift: 9:00 -6:00 PM IST

Responsibilities:

• Perform Pre- Screening calls to analyze candidate’s abilities. Experience in any customer recruitment

tool – like uploading candidate’s profiles.

• Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms. Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.
• Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews. Hands on experience with various interview formats (phone, Skype, zoom etc).
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions of clients.
• Able to understand vendor- b a s e d recruiting. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc
• Good experience in sourcing profiles through social media like LinkedIn etc. & other Job portals.

Eligibility:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in handling IT Recruitment.
• Excellent team player with strong interpersonal skills and highly collaborative.
• Perfect understanding of generating Response through Job Postings, Mass Mailing, etc.
• Smart skills in sourcing in job portals (paid & free), social media, bots & other innovative sourcing techniques.
• Good understanding of Pan India operations.
• Experience in working with any leading ATS.
• Proficiency in generating daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports
• Must be highly motivated, dedicated, and ready to work in a fast-paced environment.
