About the Role:We are seeking a skilled Technical Recruiter with over 2-5 years of experience in contract hiring to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring top technical talent, ensuring alignment with project requirements and timelines.Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for contract positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media, and other sourcing tools to find potential candidates.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified technical candidates for current and future openings.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and provide regular updates.
• Offer Negotiation: Facilitate discussions on compensation, benefits, and terms of employment.
• Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all candidate records and processes comply with company policies and applicable laws.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 2 years in technical recruitment, with expertise in contract hiring.
• Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with IT roles, skills, and technologies (e.g., developers, engineers, analysts).
• Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Monster, and other job portals.
• Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
• Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on timely delivery.
