Position Title: Senior HR EXECUTIVE
Reports to : MANAGER - HR
Work Location: Ashram Road, Ahmadabad
Work timings: 10:00 am- 7:00 pm
Working day: Monday to Saturday ( Second Saturday is Off)
Job Responsibilities:
ï¬ The candidate would majorly be responsible for in house hiring professionals
ï¬ from across the globe for translations, as per business requirements.
ï¬ Excellent working knowledge on all the job Portals.
ï¬ Coordinating with HOD on various Requirements.
ï¬ Formulating recruitment strategy.
ï¬ Posting the job description on various job portals.
ï¬ Shortlisting of profiles to match with the job requirements, making the candidates go through the Interview process, salary Negotiation with the candidates finalizing the offer,and following up till the candidate join.
