Job Description: Affiliate Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Affiliate Marketing Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing affiliate marketing programs to drive customer acquisition, brand awareness, and revenue growth. This role requires excellent analytical skills, relationship management capabilities, and a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Affiliate Program Management:
Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliates and partners to grow the affiliate network.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing affiliates by providing ongoing support and resources.
Performance Tracking & Optimization:
Monitor, analyze, and report on affiliate performance metrics, including traffic, conversions, and ROI.
Optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights to maximize revenue and achieve KPIs.
Implement A/B testing and other techniques to improve affiliate program performance.
Campaign Development:
Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to design promotional materials and campaigns for affiliates.
Ensure affiliates have access to updated banners, landing pages, and other creative assets.
Coordinate seasonal and promotional campaigns with affiliates.
Compliance & Quality Assurance:
Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical practices in all affiliate activities.
Monitor affiliate activities to prevent fraud, unauthorized promotions, or misuse of marketing materials.
Market Research & Strategy:
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies.
Explore new partnership opportunities to diversify the affiliate base and drive growth.
Budget Management:
Plan, allocate, and monitor budgets for affiliate marketing activities.
Negotiate commission structures and agreements with affiliates to ensure mutual benefit.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-5 years of experience in affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
Proven track record of managing and scaling affiliate programs.
Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, affiliate platforms, and reporting software.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build strong affiliate relationships.
Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Familiarity with SEO, PPC, and other digital marketing channels is a plus.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. If any experience in iGaming sector would be great.
