Job Title: HR Manager cum Recruiting Specialist

Department: Human Resources

Location: Hyderabad

Reports To: Directors

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated HR Manager with strong recruiting expertise to lead and manage our human resources function while also overseeing talent acquisition efforts. This individual will be responsible for shaping our HR strategies, managing employee relations, developing policies, driving recruitment initiatives to attract top talent, and managing client relationships. The ideal candidate will have a combination of HR management experience, a proven track record in end-to-end recruitment processes, and strong client onboarding and offboarding experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Human Resources Management:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the organizations goals.
  • Manage and oversee day-to-day HR operations, including employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
  • Handle employee onboarding, offboarding, and ensure smooth transition processes.
  • Ensure legal compliance with labor laws and regulations and maintain company policies and procedures.
  • Provide advice and support to employees and management on HR-related matters.
  • Develop and maintain a positive work environment that fosters employee engagement and satisfaction.

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end recruitment process for all positions, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and create job descriptions.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external recruiting agencies and job boards.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates, providing recommendations and facilitating hiring decisions.
  • Use innovative sourcing techniques to find passive candidates and expand talent pools.
  • Conduct background checks, reference checks, and offer negotiations.
  • Maintain recruitment metrics and reports to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.

Client Management and Onboarding:

  • Develop and manage strong relationships with key clients to understand their HR and recruitment needs.
  • Collaborate with clients to define job requirements, company culture, and expectations for new hires.
  • Guide clients through the candidate selection process, ensuring they are aligned with their hiring objectives.
  • Lead the onboarding process for clients, ensuring they receive necessary support and smooth integration of new employees into their teams.
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients during the hiring process, addressing any concerns and managing expectations.
  • Provide clients with regular updates on recruitment progress and potential candidates.

Employee Development and Retention:

  • Identify and implement training and development programs for employees.
  • Oversee performance management processes, including performance appraisals, feedback sessions, and employee development plans.
  • Design and implement retention strategies to reduce turnover and retain top talent.
  • Foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the organization.

Offboarding and Client Exit Management:

  • Manage employee offboarding processes, ensuring compliance with company policies and conducting exit interviews.
  • Develop and manage client offboarding processes for employees transitioning out of client organizations.
  • Work with clients to ensure smooth transitions and maintain strong relationships throughout the offboarding process.
  • Provide support to clients during employee separations, ensuring they have the resources needed for any necessary actions.

HR Administration and Reporting:

  • Manage HR records and maintain up-to-date employee databases.
  • Provide regular HR reports and updates to senior management regarding HR activities, recruitment, employee performance, and client-related metrics.
  • Manage employee benefits, compensation, and leave policies.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in HR management and recruitment, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in full-cycle recruitment and talent acquisition.
  • Strong experience in client management and onboarding/offboarding processes.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in managing HR teams and collaborating with senior leadership.
  • Expertise in using recruitment tools (LinkedIn, job boards, ATS, etc.).
  • Knowledge of employee engagement strategies and retention best practices.
  • Strong client-facing experience and excellent customer service skills.
