HR Manager

Role Description-

This is a full-time Human Resources Manager role at Healthmug located in Noida. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of HR, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws. They will also develop and implement HR strategies to support the company's mission and values.

• Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Knowledge of compensation strategy, performance management, employee relations, safety
practices and talent acquisition, and the ability to apply this information in a manner that is
compliant with relevant employment law
