Business Analyst - Ticketing System (3-5 yrs)

Location : Noida, Sec 26

Timings : 4pm-1am (US Shift); 7pm-4am(US Shift)

Mode : Work from office, 5 days a week.

Role Description :

This is a full-time on-site role as a Business Analyst & Ticket Manager at Octagos Health. The Business Analyst & Ticket Manager will be responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions. They will also be responsible for managing ticketing systems, addressing and resolving user issues, and ensuring ticketing accuracy and efficiency.

The selected individual will be working in the capacity of the one who can document things, understand requirements ,create tickets and get cleared things from the business side.

Qualifications :

1. Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role

2. Basic SQL knowledge is a must and will be preferred.

3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

5. Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams

6. Experience with ticketing systems and managing user issues

7. Knowledge of CRM manufacturers, wearables, and remote physiologic monitoring is a plus

8. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
