B.E/B.Tech - Mechanical

Relevant work experience of more than 15 years.

To maintain the CHP with optimum load and efficiency to achieve to support generation. Run and maintain typical equipment like conveyors, crushers, stacker reclaimer, in ground feeders, coal dozing equipment, trippers, fire and dust suppression systems & man power planning.
Testing of all lifting tools and tackles required for CHP including all hoists.
Implement best practises in CHP O&M.
Plan and implement PM/ BD/ PDM & condition monitoring of all CHP equipment and Issue permits.
Proper planning to maintain Bunker Level & Truck Unloading.
Seasonal preparedness towards maintaining all required equipment.
Implementation of Yard management system in CHP.
Planning and implement of better House-keeping in CHP.
Safety training About LSSR and awareness provide to down level workers and team.
Implementation of valid JSA, 5 s and All Equipment SOP.
Management of all CHP shift activities As Shift In-charge.
