- Should have hands-on exposure of erection commissioning of electrical equipment s of power project.
- Should have good coordination skills for utilization of subordinates.
- Expertise in dealing with contractors regulatory bodies.
- Ensure accurate updating of progress and MIS reports to department heads.
- Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs.
- Ensure smooth coordination across all departments at the site for resolving any outstanding issues.
- Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) for the designated area, as reported by internal/ external audits.
