Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Masters degree preferred.
- Lead the Electrical engineering team in planning, designing, and executing civil components of thermal projects
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecycle
- Oversee cost estimation, budgeting, and resource allocation for Electrical engineering activities
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to resolve complex Electrical engineering challenges
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project timelines and deliverables
- Implement best practices for quality control, risk management, and safety protocols in Electrical engineering operations
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
- Mentor and coach junior Electrical engineering staff to foster professional growth and skill development
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Electrical engineering processes and standards
