Position : Executive/Sr.Executive HR(Immediate Joiners required)

Qualification MBA in HR or PGDM in HR (Full time)

Experience 3-5 Years(Plant Experience is mandatory)

Location: Vadodara

Industry Preferred Engineering or Valve Industry.

• Roles and Responsibilities
• Manage and coordinate all aspects of Human Resources, including recruitment, well versed with using portals like Naukri, employee relations, performance management, training & development, salary negotiation in line with corporate guidelines.
• To ensure adherence of region wise statutory compliance as applicable.
• To maintain cordial relationships with employees, value adders & government authorities to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement effective engagement programs to improve employee morale and productivity.
• To ensure MIS under various reports w.r.to headcount, absenteeism rates, turnover rates etc.
• To manage contractual recruitment and to ensure adherence of all legal compliance w.r.to contract labour management.
  

Skills Expert on labour laws and compliance.
Should have handled Factory operations at a Unit level.
Should have experience in managing contract labour.
Very good in analytics & Data crunching.

Language English / Gujrati /Hindi
