Senior Executive - Product Strategy

The Senior Executive Product Strategy will support the Senior Manager in the development, execution, and analysis of product initiatives. This role involves conducting market research, analysing performance data, and assisting in the implementation of product enhancements that align with Blue Darts strategic goals.

This role is responsible for providing operational and analytical support to the product strategy team, contributing to the success of new product launches, and ensuring continuous improvement of existing product offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Research & Analysis

• Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics.
• Analyse product performance metrics and generate reports to guide decision-making.
• Provide recommendations for product improvements based on data insights and industry benchmarks.

Product Support & Execution

• Assist in the development and rollout of new product initiatives and enhancements.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation of product strategies.
• Maintain accurate documentation of product requirements, project timelines, and performance outcomes.

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Liaise with internal teams such as operations, IT, and sales to ensure alignment on product goals.
• Support internal communication efforts to keep stakeholders informed of product updates and changes.
• Act as a point of contact for day-to-day operational queries related to product strategy.

Continuous Improvement

• Contribute ideas to streamline processes, enhance product quality, and improve customer satisfaction.
• Support feedback collection from customers and internal teams to identify areas for refinement.
• Assist in the evaluation of new technologies and processes that could enhance product offerings.

Technical Skills & Competencies
Core Technical Skills

• Proficient in data analysis tools, Microsoft Excel, and presentation software.
• Basic understanding of product lifecycle processes and project coordination.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
