Skillsets

• Fresher candidates should have graduated from a reputable college and pursued courses such as Economics (Hons), BCOM (Hons), BCOM, Business Administration, etc. possess good communication skills, and have knowledge of MS Office Tools, including Powerpoint and Excel.
• Experienced candidates should have a background in the Financial Services sector with a specialization in Operations, Banking, and Credit. Experience in process mapping and reviews will be an added advantage.

Location & Training Essential

• The client mandates that the resources be based out of Delhi NCR.
• The resources allocated to the engagement will undergo training by the client for the initial couple of weeks, which will require their presence at the Delhi/NCR office. Following which virtual/ flexible working arrangements will be assessed based on the training they have received.
