Role Overview:
The Sales Head will be the driving force behind our brand's expansion, spearheading sales growth, market penetration, and strategic partnerships across retail and modern trade channels. This leadership role demands a visionary strategist who can position our luxury perfume brand as the top choice among premium consumers while ensuring sustainable revenue growth and an unparalleled retail presence. They will be responsible for building strong alliances with top-tier retailers, forging key trade partnerships, and crafting an elite sales strategy that aligns with the prestige and exclusivity of our brand.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Channel Partner Expansion & Management:
- Build and nurture strong relationships with Super Stockist, distributors, retail partners, and key accounts to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies across regions.
- Driving primary sales through these channels.
2. Sales Performance & Goal Attainment:
- Achieve sales targets in alignment with management's strategic goals and expectations.
3.Team Building:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team across different regions, ensuring high performance and motivation.
4. Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement a comprehensive national sales strategy for retail and modern trade to achieve revenue targets.
5. Brand Positioning: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and premium positioning across all retail touchpoints.
