Channel Marketing Specialist

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing strategies to drive sales growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
  
• Manage relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers to identify business opportunities and resolve issues.
  
• Plan and implement promotional activities such as product launches, events, and campaigns to increase brand visibility.
  
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., sales, logistics) to ensure seamless execution of trade marketing initiatives.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-4 years of experience in Personal Care / FMCG industry with a focus on Trade Marketing or related field.
  
• Strong understanding of Channel Management principles and practices.
  
• Proven track record in Sales Promotion activities planning and execution.
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective relationship-building with customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
