Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement corporate sales strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Securitas India.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with corporate clients.
- Manage and nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve their individual and team sales targets.
- Negotiate and close complex sales deals with corporate clients.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to senior management.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a corporate sales environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate sales and B2B sales.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Knowledge of security services or related industry is a plus
