Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Sales Executive with a strong technical background in cybersecurity solution selling. The ideal candidate will have over 3 years of B2B sales experience and will be responsible for driving sales initiatives, building client relationships, and expanding our market presence in the Delhi region.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions using CRM tools like MS Dynamics.
  • Manage a team of sales professionals to drive business growth through effective communication, coaching, and mentoring.
  • Identify new business opportunities through field sales activities such as cold calling, networking events, and market research.
  • Develop sales strategies to achieve targets, expand customer base, and increase revenue.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.

  • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in target organizations, understanding their cybersecurity needs and positioning SecurEyes' solutions accordingly.

  • Market Analysis: Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities, and provide feedback to the product development team to ensure our offerings meet market demands.

  • Technical Consultation: Leverage technical expertise to provide clients with insights into cybersecurity threats and recommend appropriate solutions.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations to prospective clients, effectively communicating the value proposition of SecurEyes' solutions.

  • Sales Cycle Management: Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and post-sale support.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the technical and marketing teams to align sales strategies with company objectives and deliver optimal solutions to clients

Preferred Profile :


Experience: Minimum of 3 years of B2B sales experience, with a proven track record in cybersecurity solution sales.

  • Technical Background: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, products, and services, with the ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.

On-Ground Sales Experience: Ability to meet field sales targets, conduct face-to-face meetings, and manage sales territories effectively.


Prospecting and Outreach: skills in identifying leads, conducting cold calls, and sending effective outreach emails to secure in-person appointments.


Customer Relationship Management: expertise in building rapport during on-site visits, maintaining long-term client relationships, and addressing concerns promptly.


Communication and Presentation Skills: clarity, confidence, and ability to tailor messaging during client meetings, emails, and follow-ups.
