Job Description: Trainer

Experience: 5+ years

Education: M.Tech

Role Overview: The Trainer will be responsible for managing and delivering training sessions effectively while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the training program.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Training Management:

• Finalizing the topics and areas to be covered in the training.
• Finalizing the Lead, Backup, and Shadow trainers.
• Finalizing the session dates and schedule.

2.Reporting and Coordination:

• Presenting weekly updates to the Project Manager.
• Acting as the first level of support for the training program.
• Managing any complaints or conflicts among the interested parties pertaining to the training program.
• Managing the enrollment, attendance, and attrition.

3.Content Management:

• Ensuring ownership of all training content, including lab manuals, guides, references, trainee materials, trainer presentations, and session recordings.

4.Training Delivery:

• Delivering the course content effectively to the learners.
• Addressing doubts or clarifications raised by the learners regarding the course.
• Keeping up to date with the latest trends and technologies relevant to the course outline.
• Possessing necessary competencies in the relevant subject or skill areas to undertake teaching and related duties.

5.Professional Development:

• Being an active participant in professional development plans designed by the organization.

Required Skills:
