Job Description
- Deliver engaging and effective classroom and lab instruction on cyber security topics, including network
security, ethical hacking, security protocols, and more.
- Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the curriculum standards and learning objectives of the
program.
- Utilize active and applied learning strategies to ensure students gain practical skills and knowledge.
- Provide timely and constructive feedback on assignments, projects, and exams to support student learning
and improvement.
- Track and report student progress, including maintaining accurate attendance and performance records.
- Assist students with technical challenges related to coursework and lab activities.

- Contribute to the development and updating of cyber security curriculum to keep pace with industry
standards and emerging technologies.
- Collaborate with colleagues to refine course content and instructional materials.
- Ensure a safe, organized, and effective learning environment in both classroom and lab settings.
- Report any maintenance or technical issues related to lab equipment and resources.
- Stay current with industry trends, certifications, and best practices in cyber security.
- Participate in professional development activities and required training sessions.
- Maintain open communication with students, colleagues, and program coordinators to support the overall
success of the program.
- Be available to teach courses at various times and locations as required by the program.
- Continuously improve on teaching methodology to suit the online model to lead to high student
- Conduct online and classroom training sessions by providing practical use cases and assignments
- Design quality self-faced recorded training sessions on all the latest Security Analyst development
technologies for students, working professionals, and corporates.
Experience / Skills
- Minimum 3 to 7 years of experience as Pen Tester/red teaming/ blue teaming
- Engineering or postgraduate degree or PhD in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- CEH, ECSA, OSCP, PenTest, Security Certification preferred
- Good interpersonal with excellent communication skills
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
- Strong understanding of cyber security principles, practices, and tools.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly and
effectively.
- Proven ability to create a supportive learning environment for students of varying backgrounds and skill
levels.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic educational setting.
Strong interpersonal communication skills, capable of working effectively with students, lab aides, and other
members in a collaborative environment.
Educational Background: B.Tech/ M.Tech in computer science or equivalent from a top educational institution
