Role & responsibilities

Goal Setting: Collaborate with department heads and managers to set clear, measurable, and achievable performance goals for employees at all levels.

Performance Reviews: Oversee annual or quarterly performance review processes, ensuring consistent and objective assessments across all teams.

KPI Alignment: Help align individual and team performance indicators (KPIs) with organizational strategic goals.

Feedback Mechanisms: providing employees with regular performance feedback and guidance for improvement.

Training and Support: Educate managers on effective goal setting, performance evaluation, and giving constructive feedback.

Employee Development: Identify training and development needs based on performance evaluations and work with HR to create development programs.

Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs): Support managers in addressing performance issues by creating and managing performance improvement plans.

Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze performance data, generate reports, and provide insights to leadership on performance trends, potential issues, and improvement opportunities.

System Maintenance: Oversee and manage performance management software/systems, ensuring that they are up-to-date and function properly.

Policy Development: Assist in creating and maintaining performance management policies that align with legal requirements and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile

MBA/PGDM In Human resources.

2+ Years of experience in PMS system
