Key Responsibilities:

Brand Management:

- Lead brand positioning, product portfolio management, and innovation strategies.

- Oversee the launch of new products and manage rebranding initiatives.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all touchpoints.

Product Marketing:

- Identify and capitalize on market opportunities to enhance product performance.

- Develop strategies to penetrate new markets and expand market share.

- Monitor competitor activities and adjust plans to maintain a competitive edge.

Team Leadership:

- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, operations, and product development, to achieve business objectives.

Consumer Insights and Market Research:

- Conduct market research to understand consumer behaviour and preferences.

- Utilize data analytics to make informed decisions on product positioning and marketing campaigns.

Digital and Traditional Marketing:

- Oversee both traditional and digital marketing strategies to optimize ROI.

- Manage social media, e-commerce platforms, and online campaigns to drive consumer engagement.

Budget Management:

- Plan and manage the marketing budget effectively.

- Measure and report performance of marketing activities against ROI and KPIs.
