Role & responsibilities


  • Recruitment Specialist is to execute sourcing strategies and plans focused on hiring active and passive candidates matching opportunities with Searce.
  • Sourcing qualified candidates specifically for domestic hiring at Searce.
  • Hire potential candidates through generating referral from internal employees, job boards, social media channels and professional networks (e.g. LinkedIn, Naukri, Etc.)
  • Qualifying candidates for skill, cultural, and motivational fit, utilizing behavioral based approach and defined screening criteria.
  • Proactively pipelining talent and creating pre-qualified candidate talent pools in line with the workforce plans.
  • Maintaining timely and accurate information on all candidate interactions in the ATS
  • Maintaining contact with existing talent pool candidates to obtain and capture up to date market intelligence and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities
  • Assisting with development and implementation of candidate initiatives such as candidate newsletters, marketing campaigns, sourcing strategies etc.
  • Proficient in tech hiring.

Preferred candidate profile

  • 5-8 years of experience in talent sourcing is what we are looking at, preferably in IT recruitment or consulting background
  • Someone with a flair for Technology
  • Build capabilities to help reduce the time to hire and improve the overall efficiency of hiring
  • Own recruitment process, optimize its cost, be part of a growing team, and deliver best talent at the right time and at the right costs.
