Role Description:
- The Client Partner will be directly responsible for a defined P&L portfolio covering farming & new line hunting within an Account. Success is measured by X - level growth, new business line penetration, and the level of mapping into the executive chain.
- Expected for tactfully partnering with the business service lines and expanding business via cross and up-selling. Leverage of ecosystem and platform vendors will be seen as a differentiator.
- Depth in understanding across service line capabilities will become a defining success factor, and the ability to navigate service and delivery lines effectively as a partner of choice is central to growth in this role.
Role Expectations:
- At least 10-15+ years of experience in selling Product Engineering Services (H/W and S/W), IT Services, and/or BPO services into large P&Ls and top-tier accounts
- Proven experience in growing large P&Ls and demonstrable experience in scaling accounts strategically
- Ability to work with excellent EQ, speed, and flexibility in a Private Equity driven environment
- Excellent verbal communication with clearly expected strengths in preparing and delivering presentations
- Strategic planning and ability to execute and track operations against such plans
- Understanding of Enterprise Architecture as well as Full Stack Product Engineering
- Excellent understanding of Financial Models as well as Pricing Strategies
- Ability to derive and visualize a range of delivery models
- Ability to manage multi-cultural teams and travel to different client locations - mostly within US and sometimes across the world if needed for expanding our footprint in other geographies.
- Should have managed a multi-million USD account, across various geos.
- Strong Account Management - building and managing client relationships at the CxO level.
- Presenting and publishing the proposals (proactive ones as well as responses to RFP/RFIs)
- Interacting with Procurement and Supplier relationship teams from customer organizations and maintaining a smoother flow of contracts, invoices, and payments.
