HR Business Partner + HR Operations Role - VC Firm (5-12 yrs)

The HRBP + HR Ops role will be responsible for overseeing end-to-end HR functions, including talent management, employee engagement, HR compliance, payroll, and operational efficiency. This individual will work closely with leadership and portfolio companies to align HR strategies with business objectives.

HR Business Partnering (HRBP):

- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive people strategy and align HR initiatives with business goals.

- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, fostering a high-performance and engaging work environment.

- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training.

- Drive organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.

- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

- Partner with investment teams to provide HR advisory support for portfolio companies.

HR Operations:

- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including HR policy development, compliance, and process improvements.

- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation management.

- Streamline HR technology and automation for efficiency in processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.

- Handle HR analytics, reporting, and dashboards for workforce planning and decision-making.
