This individual will work closely with leadership and portfolio companies to align HR strategies with business objectives.
HR Business Partnering (HRBP):
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive people strategy and align HR initiatives with business goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to employees and leadership, fostering a high-performance and engaging work environment.
- Implement talent management strategies, including succession planning, career development, and leadership training.
- Drive organizational culture, diversity, and inclusion initiatives.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.
- Partner with investment teams to provide HR advisory support for portfolio companies.
HR Operations:
- Manage end-to-end HR operations, including HR policy development, compliance, and process improvements.
- Oversee payroll processing, benefits administration, and compensation management.
- Streamline HR technology and automation for efficiency in processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance reviews.
