Job Description
- Responsible for Channel Monitoring in terms of Primary Business-Collection-Material Management etc. Business development activities by opening New Channel/ POS /Secondary Sales /Retail activities like electrician meet/Retailer meet etc.
- Based location will be in Hyderabad and he/she will be responsible to develop business as well as surrounding areas
- Mainly focus on Wiring Devices (Modular Switches) & Final Distribution (MCBs/DBs/RCCBs) Business which we can expect by 50% Growth.
- Area Head should be very supportive for team by giving proper guideline about day-to-day activities / business strategy and assist with any issues the team members may have
- Area Head should ensure that his off-roll team members understand the teams objectives and work together to achieve organization GOAL.
- Managing distributor accounts, responsibilities include primary sales,
- Team management: to ensure optimum delivery and satisfaction.
- Channel & dealer management activities ranging from primary sales to financial issues/service issues of assigned KROs, dealer accounts and retail outlets.
- Managing marketing activities at retail level, demand generation activities to boost SE brand in the market.
- Carrying out full research of counter share extraction, both in terms of volume and value, assessing market potential and dealer potential.
- Network expansion by appointing New dealers & Distributors in the region.
- Managing of business schemes & settlement for retail distributors, retailers also contributing in formulation of dealer schemes.
- Tracking market trends and performing competition mapping & providing strategic inputs for business growth
- Deriving business from influencers (Architects, Interior Designers, Electricians, Electrical Contractors etc..) and End users.
