Position: Relationship Manager
Location : Pune, Mangalore, Chennai
Role: Relationship Manager - Channel Sales
Key Responsibilities
1. Visit dealers to understand requirement and Generate sale leads.
2. Explain pricing & discount and scheme & incentive entitlements based on performance.
3. Keep track of credit utilization/requirement and work with cement TSH to Identify dealers for
financial credit programme.
4. Resolve any quality / service issues with speed and ensuring customer satisfaction.
5. Drive payment collection along with TSH
Critical Competencies for Success
1. Educational background âGraduated.
2. Experience in Construction Industry / / Ecommerce (Tiles, Bathware & Plywood) industry
3. Customer Relationship Management.
4. Ability to translate strategies into execution plans and take them to completion. Experience in
financial aspects related to P&L.
5. Networking & Relationship Management - Should have a strong local network.
6. Excellent verbal and written communication with interpersonal skills.
