Key Accountabilities & Support Actions

Automation and Workflow Enhancement:

• Develop and implement automated workflows and processes to reduce manual tasks and improve the efficiency of the Sales Team.
• Utilize tools such as workflow automation software and AI-powered systems to streamline lead management, quotation generation, and order processing.

Training and Support:

• Provide training and ongoing support to Sales Team members on the use of technology tools and systems.
• Create user guides, tutorials, and training materials to ensure effective adoption and utilization of digital solutions.

Data Analysis and Insights:

• Leverage data analytics and reporting tools to track sales performance, customer interactions, and pipeline progression.
• Extract actionable insights from sales data to identify opportunities for optimization, process improvement, and revenue growth.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA and Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

• 2-4 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in B2B, Ecommerce, Customer Experience, or Marketplace environments.
• Experience with agile methodologies and product development lifecycles.
• Should be self-driven and proactive with a combination of tactical and operational understanding.
• Being a team player and strong communication skills are key to the role.
• Strong stakeholder and time management skills are must have.
• Good communication skills along with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Hands-on experience with web and mobile technologies is required.
