National Sales Manager

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and targets.

2. Lead and manage the sales team to ensure they are equipped with the necessary tools and resources to meet their goals.

3. Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.

4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.

5. Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product development and marketing strategies.

6. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.

7. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on sales activities, performance, and forecasts.

8. Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to ensure alignment and support business objectives.

9. Stay up-to-date with industry developments, competitors, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

10. Mentor and develop sales team members through training, coaching, and performance management.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.

2. Minimum of 15 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the cleaning manufacturing industry.

3. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.

4. Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a sales team.

5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

6. Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.

7. Willingness to travel as needed.
