Service Engineer

Job Summary:

Service Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient installation, maintenance, and repair of cleaning machines, providing exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

1. Installation and Commissioning:

• Install and commission cleaning machines at client sites, ensuring proper functionality and adherence to safety standards.
• Provide comprehensive training to clients on the operation and maintenance of cleaning equipment.

2. Maintenance and Repairs:

• Conduct routine maintenance checks on cleaning machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues and perform necessary repairs promptly.
• Develop preventive maintenance schedules and implement them effectively.

3. Customer Support:

• Respond to service calls and inquiries from clients in a timely and professional manner.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by delivering exceptional customer service.
• Provide remote technical support when required.

4. Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of service activities, including installation, maintenance, and repairs.
• Generate service reports and document all interactions with clients.

5. Product Knowledge:

• Stay updated on the latest technological advancements in cleaning machines.
• Continuously improve technical expertise and share knowledge with the team.

6. Collaboration:

• Collaborate with the sales and product development teams to provide valuable insights for product improvement.
• Work closely with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives.

Skills and Expertise:

• Proven experience as a Service Engineer/Executive in the cleaning machine industry.
• Strong technical and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
• Knowledge of safety standards and regulations.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Mechanical or a related field.
• 4 to 9 years of experience in machine servicing.
