Marketing Head- Real Estate (Luxury Villas)

Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, public relations, events, influencer marketing, AI marketing tools, lead generation, and offline advertising, particularly within the luxury industry.

Responsibilities:

Research & Analysis:

• Conduct thorough research on new projects, competition, and market trends, particularly focusing on luxury segments.
• Identify unique selling propositions (USPs) of various regions, brands, and locations.

Digital Marketing & PR Strategy:

• Manage digital marketing, public relations, and event strategies.
• Select and analyze digital marketing channels, PR initiatives, and offline advertising strategies to drive engagement and reach KPIs.

Campaign Management & Measurement:

• Design, execute, and measure the success of both digital and offline marketing campaigns.
• Develop and present detailed plans with budgets and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track campaign success.

Content Creation & Communication:

• Create, edit, and review PR materials, including presentations, letters, and other communication formats, for on-site, online, and print media.
• Collaborate with clients, journalists, and other stakeholders to develop impactful content.

Creative Sensibility:

• Possess a strong creative sensibility with the ability to assess copy and art, especially for luxury branding.
• Contribute to the development of creative assets that align with luxury branding standards.

Client & Media Engagement:

• Present marketing plans and updates to groups of clients, journalists, and stakeholders.
• Coordinate with agencies and partners to ensure the execution of marketing strategies.

Travel & On-site Research:

• Willingness to travel to Kasauli, Goa, and other destinations as required for research, competition analysis, and understanding regional market dynamics.
