Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Sales Manager to join our team at Scapes Hospitality. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for real estate and hospitality. You will be responsible for driving sales strategies, building relationships with clients, and showcasing our stunning properties to potential buyers across various locations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the real estate and hospitality sectors.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences.

- Conduct property showcases and presentations, both in-person and virtually, to clients across different locations.

- Collaborate with marketing teams to promote our properties and enhance brand visibility.

- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.

- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform sales strategies.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to promote Scapes Hospitality.

- Mentor and guide junior sales team members to foster their professional growth.

Qualifications:

- Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in real estate, hospitality, wealth management, high-end automobile sales, events, or advertising.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of the luxury real estate market and the ability to sell second homes and legacy properties.

- Willingness to travel frequently to showcase properties and meet clients.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

- Previous experience or knowledge of the Kasauli and Goa real estate markets is a plus.
