Immediate Opening For Team leader - Operations

Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee and manage a team of professionals in our KPO operations. The role involves ensuring efficient workflow, maintaining quality standards, and achieving project objectives while fostering a productive and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Management:
   
• Supervise, mentor, and guide team members to ensure optimal performance.
• Delegate tasks effectively and monitor progress to meet deadlines and objectives.
• Conduct regular team meetings to address updates, challenges, and feedback.

1. Process Oversight:
   
• Ensure all tasks and deliverables meet the set quality standards and client expectations.
• Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Monitor adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry regulations.

1. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
   
• Track and evaluate team performance against key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Prepare regular reports on team output, quality, and productivity for senior management.
• Address and resolve performance issues promptly through coaching and support.

1. Client Interaction:
   
• Act as the primary point of contact for client communications related to team deliverables.
• Address client concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues.
• Understand client requirements and align team efforts to meet expectations.

1. Training and Development:
   
• Identify training needs within the team and arrange skill enhancement programs.
• Onboard new team members and ensure they are well-versed in project requirements.
2. Conflict Resolution:
   
• Address interpersonal or project-related conflicts within the team to maintain harmony.
• Promote a positive work culture that values collaboration and accountability.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in a KPO environment.
• Strong understanding of KPO operations and process optimization.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office Suite.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with international clients and managing cross-cultural teams.
• Familiarity with industry-specific tools and platforms.
