Operation Assistant: responsible for managing application and its support to end customer, understand whole application, its functionality and support the end users for smooth functioning of the same
Web Administrator: responsible for managing the web application, checking the application regularly to ensure that the application is working fine. If any issues are found, report to higher ups and dev team with proper details. Follow up for closure of tickets.
Data Base Administrator : responsible for managing the data related to application, checking the application/data regularly to ensure that the data is properly maintained and is UpToDate in the application . If any issues are found, report to higher ups and dev team with proper details. Follow up for closure of tickets.
Senior Technical Support: Professional responsible for managing application and its support to end customer, understand whole application, its functionality and support the end users for smooth functioning of the same.
Operation Manager : responsible for management of the entire project which includes, not limited to, site preparation, vendor management, customer management, application support, on time delivery of all deliverables of the project, invoicing, collection. He will be the SPOC from SBL. All onsite engineers will be reporting to Operation manager.
Network Operation Professional: responsible for managing the network and its support. Establish the networking, its maintenance, day to day verification, keeping the network to ensure 100% uptime, reporting of issues on timely basis
Technical Trainers: Responsible for application training to the customer. He/she should be able to understand the whole application getting implemented and conduct training sessions for various stakeholders. Preparation of training materials in English and Hindi will be the responsibility of the trainer and also, delivering the training in Hindi and English , as required.
Technical Support Professional: Responsible for managing application and its support to end customer, understand whole application, its functionality and support the end users for smooth functioning of the same.
