Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and help identify top talent for our organization. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal skills, a keen eye for assessing potential, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Talent Acquisition:
   
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
• Create and post job advertisements on various platforms, including job boards, social media, and internal portals.
• Source candidates through diverse channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and recruitment agencies.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation:
   
• Review resumes and applications to shortlist suitable candidates.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and teams.
3. Candidate Relationship Management:
   
• Build strong relationships with potential candidates to create a positive candidate experience.
• Communicate job offers, negotiate terms, and manage the onboarding process.
4. Process Optimization:
   
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS).
• Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire, to improve efficiency.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and competitive market analysis.
5. Compliance and Documentation:
   
• Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of interviews, job offers, and other relevant documentation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or in a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment techniques, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
