Experience Required: Minimum of 1 year into recruitment (preferably Non IT)

Education: MBA (preferably into HR)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles such as marketing, sales, finance, HR, operations, and customer service.
• Source candidates using various channels including job boards, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates

Candidate Screening & Selection:

• Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Provide interview feedback and recommendations to hiring teams

Stakeholder Collaboration:

• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop effective job descriptions.
• Offer guidance on market trends and talent availability.

Administrative Duties:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Ensure compliance with company policies and labor laws throughout the hiring process.

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT domains.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment tools, techniques, and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR software.
• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities.
