Job Description

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Management Specialist to join our team. This role focuses on developing and implementing strategies to attract, retain, and develop top talent, ensuring alignment with the organization's strategic goals. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in employee engagement, leadership development, succession planning, and performance management.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Talent Strategy Development:
    • Design and implement talent management frameworks that align with business goals and drive employee engagement and retention.
    • Collaborate with leadership to identify current and future talent needs.

  1. Succession Planning:
    • Develop and manage a robust succession planning process to ensure a strong talent pipeline for critical roles.
    • Assess and identify high-potential employees and create tailored development plans.

  1. Leadership and Employee Development:
    • Design and execute leadership development programs to strengthen organizational capabilities.
    • Develop training initiatives to enhance skills, competencies, and career growth for employees at all levels.

  1. Performance Management:
    • Lead the performance management process, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms.
    • Provide tools and resources to managers to ensure consistent and meaningful performance discussions.

  1. Employee Engagement:
    • Conduct employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and recommend strategies for improvement.
    • Drive initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

  1. Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI):
    • Support DEI programs to promote an equitable and diverse work environment.
    • Ensure talent management practices are inclusive and free of bias.

  1. Metrics and Reporting:
    • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for talent management initiatives.
    • Present data-driven insights to stakeholders and make recommendations for continuous improvement.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in talent management, succession planning, and employee development.
  • Strong understanding of performance management systems and methodologies.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
