Role & Responsibility Details

• To Manage IT infrastructure as per Business Strategy
• Collaborate with the onsite team and the OEM to implement and follow the process for delivery , installation and commissioning of IT hardware and networking .
• Co-ordinate with the implementation partner and onsite team to ensure SLA.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of the network and the active devices deployed.
• Troubleshoot and debug network and hardware issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Maintain asset inventory of hardware and network.
• Assist in preparing technical documents like implementation manual , network architecture documentation etc
• Adhere to implementation, support and documentation best practices of the company.
• Contribute to purchase decisions of the IT infrastructure devices.

Network of Interaction:

With All stakeholders of the project ( internal, partners/vendors, customer)

Skills Required

Key Job related (Technical / Functional) skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support within a networking environment .
• Strong knowledge of network protocols such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP and VLAN, operating systems, and hardware components
• Strong experience with firewall and security technologies.
• Familiarity with cloud computing and virtualization technologies.(not mandatory)
• Knowledge of open-source operating systems, such as Linux, is preferred
• Exposure to ITSM operations, such as IT ticketing system and network monitoring tools is a plus..
• Relevant certifications such as CCNP, MCSE, or equivalent are preferred.
• Experience in using MS Word and MS Excel

- Willingness to travel to the client sites is mandatory

- Proficiency in Hindi language is an addon
