Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for an Infrastructure Monitoring and Support Specialist to ensure the smooth operation of IT infrastructure by proactively monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining systems and networks.

• Monitor IT infrastructure (servers, networks, applications) for performance, availability, and security using monitoring tools.
• Implement and maintain application monitoring solutions using Splunk to track and analyze application logs, performance, and anomalies.
• Respond to alerts and incidents, performing root cause analysis and resolution.
• Configure, optimize, and maintain monitoring tools and dashboards.
• Manage system upgrades, patches, and backup operations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless infrastructure performance and reliability.
• Document issues, resolutions, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure monitoring, support, or a similar role.
• Proven expertise with Splunk for application and system monitoring, including configuration, dashboard creation, and alerting.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems, networking, and cloud environments.
• Proficiency in scripting.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work in rotational shifts.
