Job : Business Development Manager / B2B sales
Location : Bangalore / Hyderabad
Work setting : 6 days

Key Responsibilities:
- Hospital Onboarding: Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new hospitals, including presenting our services, negotiating contracts, and ensuring smooth integration with our systems.
- Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers such as CEOs, CFOs, and hospital administrators to align business objectives and ensure successful partnerships.
- Market Research & Lead Generation: Identify new opportunities in the healthcare market and develop strategies to attract and onboard hospitals in the region.
- Sales & Negotiation: Drive the sales process, including negotiating contracts, setting up service terms, and ensuring that hospitals understand and value the benefits of our partnership.
- Travel & Regional Outreach: Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings with hospitals, particularly in Bangalore and other key areas of Karnataka, ensuring high engagement and personal relationships with stakeholders.
- Strategic Reporting: Regularly report to leadership (CEO, CFO, etc.) on the progress of onboarding activities, sales targets, and regional performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
- Proven experience in onboarding new partners / Clients , including presenting solutions, handling negotiations, and executing partnerships.
- Stakeholder Management: Experience working directly with C-suite executives (CEO, CFO) and understanding the dynamics of healthcare management.
- Regional Knowledge: Extensive travel experience within Bangalore / Karnataka / Hyderabad , with a strong understanding of the regional market for hospitals and healthcare providers.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada (both spoken and written) is required.
- Sales & Negotiation Skills: Ability to drive sales, handle contract negotiations, and manage complex relationships.
- Self-Starter & Results-Oriented: Strong initiative, self-motivation, and focus on meeting and exceeding business development goals.
