Our client, a leading D2C Personal Care Brand, is seeking a B2B Business Manager to look after the avenue of Institutional Business channel and help expanding their B2B clientele.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategize Growth: Develop and execute a corporate sales growth plan focused on financial gain and customer satisfaction in collaboration with the Business Head.
- Lead Generation & Acquisition: Generate leads through cold calls, emails, events, research, and social media to drive new client acquisition and explore new markets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain a sanitized customer database, provide strong after-sales support, and establish long-term relationships with clients.
- Sales Operations: Manage quotations, invoicing, payments, and contracts, ensuring smooth order execution and timely delivery.
- Product Development & Promotion: Create innovative gifting catalogs, develop new products, and promote offerings by aligning with client needs and industry trends.
Requirements:
- B2B Sales Expertise: Must have proven experience as an Institutional Sales Manager with a track record of achieving targets.
- Skills & Attributes: Self-motivated, presentable, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills; willing to travel for business needs.
- Brand Affinity: Strong inclination towards luxury brands and maintaining their image.
- Qualification: Graduate/MBA with 5+ years of experience and proficiency in MS Office.
