Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Strategy Development: Formulate and execute targeted sales strategies to drive B2B revenue growth in the West India region, with a focus on onboarding new travel agencies and expanding market presence.
- Onboarding and Training: Oversee the onboarding process for new travel agencies, ensuring they are effectively integrated into our systems and fully trained on our product offerings, fostering strong relationships from the outset.
- Closing Sales Deals: Lead high-stakes negotiations and close sales deals with key clients and travel partners, utilizing advanced sales techniques to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Partnership Management: Maintain and nurture strategic partnerships with existing travel agencies, including DPSA (Destination Partner Sales Agents), ensuring mutual growth and collaboration.
- Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape, leveraging insights to adapt sales strategies effectively.
- Performance Management: Set ambitious performance goals for the sales team, monitor progress, and conduct regular performance evaluations to drive accountability and results.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product development teams to align initiatives and enhance product offerings based on market feedback.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, sales, or related field.
- Strong relationship-building, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and travel as required.
- Positive attitude, team player mentality, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
