Our client, a D2C personal care brand, is looking for an Online Revenue Head to drive growth across online revenue channels. We are seeking candidates with a strong understanding of P&L variables and experience in creating and executing strategies to grow the business with the right metrics.
Location: Delhi/NCR
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all online revenue channels, including D2C, E-commerce, and Q-commerce, ensuring consistent growth and optimization.
- Develop and own the annual operating plan with a focus on achieving revenue and profitability targets.
- Drive strategic initiatives to optimize P&L, improve contribution margins, and enhance overall channel performance.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing team while ensuring alignment and collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Analyze market trends and implement best practices to maintain a competitive edge and ensure continuous improvement.
Key Requirements:
- 5-7 years of experience managing online revenue channels or growth-focused roles.
- Strong skills in strategic thinking, financial management, and P&L optimization.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, communicate effectively, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
- A data-driven mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets and fostering growth across multiple channels.
